| Ballet I |
Entry-level ballet class for ages 8-13, learning the basic exercises of the ballet barre using full turn-out, proper placement, arm control and articulation of the feet. Centre work includes balance control and simple jumps and turns. |

| Ballet I-II |
Builds upon the knowledge and fundamentals of Ballet I, adding stretching, and balancing in open positions at the barre. Centre work solidifies single pirouettes, pique' turns and beginning petit allegro steps. |

Continue expanding understanding of proper placement, core muscle control and weight transfer. Work exercises at barre at tempo, adding more complicated stretches and higher extensions. Centre work includes double pirouettes, petit allegro steps, and learning about grande allegro. |

Builds mastery of previous levels, including ability to handle more complicated choreography, longer exercises, and higher skills in petit allegro combinations. Adds difficult grande allegro steps. Develops ability to perform as a complete dancer – combining the steps with proper port de bras, focal points, and facial expressions. |

Intermediate-to-Advanced level ballet class working on partnering through communication and cooperation in order to perform balancing, turns, promenades and lifts. |

| Pre-Pointe |
Taught in conjunction with Ballet II to provide understanding of the general requirements and personal technical weaknesses necessary for advancing to Pointe classes. Includes three stages of exercises aimed at strengthening muscles of the feet and overall body awareness and control. |

Classwork includes exercises designed to promote safety and overall control when dancing en pointe. Dancers in Beginning Pointe must also take a minimum of 3 ballet technique classes. |

Builds upon Beginning Pointe skills and exercises, demonstrating good control with no health concerns. Develops ability to dance confidently en pointe in centre of floor, adding pirouettes, petit allegro and grande allegro while showing body control and foot strength. |

| Booty Ballet |
An adult ballet exercise class designed to tone up the body with basic ballet moves as the base. Incorporates use of the barre, light weights, stretching, across-the-floor work and development of core abdominal strength. |
