Recital 2018 Grand Finale Dance

Anyone wishing to participate in the Grand Finale dance must register by submitting this form and pay a $50 production fee. The fee includes one CHEERS FOR 40 YEARS! recital t-shirt. Participants must be age 5 or older. You may order additional recital t-shirts for $25.00 each from the online TDC store.

Please submit the registration form once per child participating in the Grand Finale dance.

Note:  You may pay online after completing the registration below by clicking on the Pay Production Fee button on the registration confirmation page that appears next. Or, you may pay later online via the TDC store, or stop by the front desk and pay in person.
