TDC Production Dance Team Home

The Production Dance Team is for dancers ages 5 – 15 who love performing and want to have fun and learn how to compete musical production dances with a larger team.

If you are interested in becoming a member of a 2019-2020 TDC dance team, please attend an information meeting on either Tuesday May 7 or 14, 2019 to learn more. Production Team Auditions will be held on June 1, 2019.

Team Year:   July 1, 2018 – July 31, 2019

Regular attendance in the mandatory weekly classes is critical for Intermediate Team members to work on technique, advance skills and reach individual and team goals. In addition to requirements listed below, dance team members are encouraged to attend social events held throughout the dance year. Review all TDC dance team policies.

Mandatory Weekly Class Requirements

Optional Weekly Classes

·    1 Tap II or Tap III class

·    Additional Ballet, Jazz or Tap class

·    1 Ballet or Jazz class at any level

·    Saturday All-Age Production Class (resumes in September 2016)

·    1 Tap Team class

·    Private dance lessons for additional 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3 instruction

Other Mandatory Requirements

·    Attend annual dance convention with members of all TDC Dance teams.

·    Annual Contract Fee:  $125/dancer¹

·    Attend competitions and community service events designated by the Senior Team coach.

TDC Dance Team members love to dance and we appreciate all of your passion and effort your give throughout the season.

As representatives of TDC during community performances and dance competitions, you can only perform at your highest level and do yourself and TDC proud if you put in the work each and every day and week. And, TDC can only help you achieve your individual and team goals if you always give your best and you meet the requirements that we have outlined for you.

TDC dance team members are required to sign a contract each dance season, and agree to the dance team policies it contains.
